Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee (AC)
The Advisory Committee (AC) serves as a cornerstone of the HCDT, driven by a mission to foster sustainable development within the communities it represents. Comprised of esteemed and reputable members, the AC bridges the gap between the Trust and the people, ensuring that projects align closely with the aspirations and needs of the communities.
A key function of the AC is to identify and prioritize initiatives from the Community Development Plan that resonate with the collective vision for growth and prosperity. Additionally, the AC plays a crucial role in monitoring the implementation of projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively to deliver the intended impact. While the committee is statutorily composed of four members, there is currently a shortfall in its membership. Efforts are underway to fill this vacancy promptly to restore the committee’s full complement and operational strength.
